Safety Perch

The Safety Perch has a smooth surface on top to protect the bird's pads from blisters and sores, and rough sides that help to keep the bird's nails trimmed.

The perch is a non-toxic cement that maintains room temperature. These perches are extremely durable making it a good value product.

Safety perches are available in five sizes to fit any birds feet and come in assorted colours only. Brushes clean with soap and water.

Hardware Information:
These perches come with two washers and a wing nut which are zinc plated.

Sizes: 

X-Small: 1.6 cm (5/8”) diameter and 11.4 cm (4.5”) long –Recommended for Canaries, Budgies, Love Birds and other similar sized species.

Small: 2.2 cm (7/8”) diameter and 16.5 cm (6.5”) long –Recommended for Conures, Lories, Cockatiels and other similar sized species. 

Medium: 2.5 cm (1”) diameter and 21.6 cm (8.5”) long – Recommended for Pionus, Small Cockatoos (e.g. Galahs), Small Greys and other similar sized species. 

Large: 3.2 cm (1.25”) diameter and 33 cm (13”) long – Recommended for Greys, Amazons, Eclectus and other similar sized species. 

X-large: 5 cm (2”) diameter and 34.3 cm (13.5”) long – Recommended for Large Cockatoos, Large Macaws and other similar sized species.
