Product Description
Pak-o-Birds are the most innovative light-weight carriers for travel with pet birds in comfort and safety. They come in three standard sizes and many custom designs. For leisure walking, as a mobile home for short stay in friend's house or hotels, Pak-o-Birds make it all possible. They can be carried as a front pouch, backpack or a shoulder bag. Let's include your feathered friends in the next trip!?
The Medium Wide Olive Pak-o-Bird is 15" wide (3" wider than the Medium) to better accomodate 2 birds. There is no dividing wall so be sure the two birds get along with each other!

Visibility:
A dense mesh is used to minimize the possibility of mosquitoes entering the carrier. Stainless steel mesh is used for birds that like to chew.
Comfort:
The back of the carrier as well as the front/back straps are padded for your comfort.
Cleaning:
The carrier can be unzipped to a flat configuration for a complete cleaning. A removable bottom floor panel is added for daily use. Hand wash only.
Privacy:
One curtain in the exterior of each side. They can be rolled up and attached or draped down and attached. Same for the front window flap. There are two strips of 'sky light' in the back that are not covered.
Storage:
The Pak-o-Bird's sides and front can be unzipped and folded into a flat configuration. It's very compact and can be stored away.
Accessories/Detachable parts (included in each Pak-o-Bird):
- Two Detachable roof support panels. One additional roof support aluminium bar for medium size and up.
- Detachable Backpack straps (for both front or back carrying method)
- Detachable shoulder strap
- Removable bottom floor panel (instead of tray to avoid the bird from picking on the extra seams)
- Dragonwood perch
- Two 5 oz. stainless steel feed cups

It is very sturdy and easy to set up. It also comes with pretty much everything you need. The only thing is I wish it had pockets.

I bought this recently for my Alexandrine and princess parrot so I could take them with me on walks. Its exceeded my expectations! Its easy to use and my birds love going in it. Its lightweight and I find it very easy to walk around with even though I got a bigger size. (I'm about 165cm tall). It has been so worth spending the extra to get this carrier backpack because I know this is going to last.

The bag meets all my needs. And both of my sun conure and double yellow head Amazon love it. I may consider getting another one for taking them outside at the same trip.

Our eclectus loves his new backpack and I do too! Was a great price and delivery was super fast. The lovely staff notified me when the medium was back in stock and posted for me same day. Will definitely shop with these guys again

I love this Pak-O-Bird. I have been hesitant for months because of the cost. I recently purchased a small size for my rainbow lorikeet. I'm glad I didn't go any bigger. Great size, plenty of room (for short lengths of time). Extremely well made, using high quality materials and technology. My only complaint is that I would love to be able to view my bird from the top when wearing the pack on my front. I think my bird would have also liked to have been able to have this feature. I would also like to have received a water bottle with the pack. Based in Australia, it is next to impossible to find the recommended water bottle to go with. Overall I'm very pleased.

Safe comfortable way to travel

My cockatoo has had a pakobird since I got him. I once drove with him just sitting on the middle consol and had to slam on the brakes ....he literally went flying.....never again. I always pop him in the pakobird when we go in the car now. He’s happy and SAFE.
