CFS Chipboard Boxes

For use with both the vertical and horizontal CFS Food Treat Dispensers.

Constructed from food grade paper and using no glue the CFS chipboard boxes are designed to be filled up with food and then slotted into either the vertical or horizontal high impact polycarbonate Food and Treat Dispenser that is already positioned in your bird's cage.

Working well with a variety of foods including pellets, the CFS dispensers and boxes (sold separately) are a user friendly, cost effective system for feeding companion birds which requires the birds to work for their food as they would in the wild. The honeycomb insert inside the box retains the food and only makes more food available as the parrot continues to chew through the honeycomb wafer, providing your parrot with plenty of opportunity to express healthy behaviours.

The Creative Foraging Systems (CFS) concept is really quite simple. More time engaging in healthy, time consuming foraging behaviour means less time available for peripheral displacement activities and/or other potentially harmful or undesirable behaviours such as feather picking, excessive screeching etc.

Maximize the benefits of this system by using multiple feeding stations in various locations. Encourage environmental exploration and promote search instinct by regularly changing the location of the feeding stations. Combine this system with other foraging products.

Small (for the small dispensers):
Each box when constructed measures 10 x 5 x 3.5cm (4" x 2" x 1-3/8").

Large (for the large dispensers):
Each box when constructed measures 15 x 8 x 3.5cm or 6" x 3" x 1-3/8".
