Customer Service
 
We believe that customer service is one of our top priorities, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. The best way to contact us is by phone or email. We normally answer emails within 24 hours.


Out of Stock Items
 
Out of stock items are marked clearly in the product descriptions, with an estimation of when it’s likely to be back in stock.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description you can still choose to purchase them, and we will send them later. We will keep you informed by email of the likely date you can expect their arrival. Feel free to email us for further information.


Hygiene and Health
 
In the interest of providing you with the secure knowledge that toys purchased from us are uncontaminated and fit for consumption we have implemented these rules:
 
· All My Parrot toys are prepared, constructed and stored in a clean, bird-free zone.
· All dyed components are dried indoors to prevent contamination from wild birds. We use a fresh batch of dye every time. We will not store and re-use dye.
· No bird will ever come in contact with the products we make or sell, whilst on our premises.
· On the occasion we get a return, we clean and disinfect the product before returning it to stock. In cases where this is not appropriate, the item will not be resold.


Delivery Time
 
Delivery time depends on what postage method you choose during check out, however we will endeavour to post your order by the end of the next working day, and will let you know by email if there is any delay.


Missing Items
 
We will include an invoice with your parcel, so that you can check your items against it. Please contact us immediately if something has gone amiss.


Missing Packages
 
Please contact us if you suspect your parcel has gone missing in the post, so we can follow it up immediately.


Returns (Australia, NZ & Pacific Island Customers Only)
 
Change of Mind
 
At My Parrot Shop we are very concerned that you are happy with your order when it arrives. If you receive your order and see that the toy is too big, too small or not really what you wanted, please don’t hesitate to return it for an exchange or refund.

All shipping for ‘change of mind’ returns is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In all cases please contact us prior to making the return.
 
Damaged Goods
 
We are happy to replace or reimburse any goods that arrive at your door damaged.

The damaged product needs to be returned within 14 days of you receiving it. We will then reimburse you the cost of the return postage and send out a replacement.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged product.
 
Incorrect Delivery of Order
 
My Parrot Shop will willingly replace or reimburse you for any items sent (or not sent) in error by us. Please contact us if this is the case.

Incorrect items must be sent back to us unopened in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. We will reimburse you for the postage.

We cannot accept returns of items sent in error if they have had their packaging removed or opened, unless the item arrived unpackaged.

If you are happy to keep an item sent in error we will reimburse you any difference in cost.


Returns (Other International Customers)
 
Due to the extra costs and transit difficulties of long distance international freight we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss this further if the situation arises.

We guarantee to never disclose, sell, rent or exchange your personal details to any third party for any reason.
