We’re located in Melbourne, Australia. Our goal is to supply safe and exciting products for discerning companion parrots anywhere in the world, but particularly to areas such as Australia & New Zealand.

We plan to add stock at a fairly upbeat rate for a while, including products to our My Parrot toy range (we have so many more ideas up our sleeves for things that will make your and your parrot’s time together even more enjoyable). Eventually, we aim to be able to offer a complete range of parrot paraphernalia and equipment – essentially a one stop shop.

A Little Bit About Us

Jen is the Righteous designer, researcher and stock manager.
John is the strongman, colour technician and political commentator.
Richard is the Master of the Web and an IT extraordinaire.
Caroline is the hyper-organised enthusiast who gets everything done.
Keiko is the blue & gold macaw tester of all the larger prototypes.

A little bit about the My Parrot Brand

My Parrot is the name of our very own range of toys. They’re hand made by us and the materials we use have been carefully researched. These materials include vegetable tanned leather, non-toxic plastic, natural peeled willow, unpolished cotton rope, food-safe vegetable dye to make coloured toy parts, stainless steel hardware and untreated wood from safe species of trees.

Our stainless steel quick links (to attach the toy to the cage) are sold separately to allow you re-use your perfectly good old ones and save yourself some money.

Under the My Parrot brand we also sell a wide range toy parts so you can make your own toys and refurbish old ones. From us you can purchase things like vegetable tanned leather cord, paulie rope, unpolished cotton rope, wooden beads, plastic beads and lots, lots more.

We also stock a range of stainless steel hardware, some of which we had especially manufactured! With our range you can upgrade hardware of concern on toys you currently have, or replace those nuts and bolts your parrot somehow removed from its cage and hid from you!

A parrot can be an expensive animal to keep. Hopefully with the ideas we have implemented in our product line, we can reduce the costs and hassles associated with supplying your bird with the quality products it deserves, allowing you to enjoy the splendour of such a wonderful companion with a few less worries.
